What is the estimated shipping time for prints?

Every artwork undergoes printing and packaging upon receipt and is shipped within 3 business days. Once dispatched, it travels via overnight courier with NZ Post. For rural areas, please allow a few additional days for delivery. There are no additional shipping fees for our rural customers. 

Do you ship internationally?

At this time, we exclusively ship within New Zealand. However, we have plans to extend our shipping services to Australia in the near future. If you're located overseas and interested in placing an order, please contact us directly.

I’m uncertain about the margin options. Can you please explain?

Each artwork can be printed with the option of having a margin or not.
A margin refers to the white border surrounding the art itself.

'With Margin' includes this white border, providing some breathing space around the art.

'No Margin' means the artwork extends to the edge of the print without any white border. Both options maintain the same print size and are compatible with standard frames.

I'm uncertain about the paper sizes. Could you provide the dimensions for each?

Of course, here are the dimensions in centimetres for each paper size:

  • A5: 14.8 x 21 cm
  • A4: 21 x 29.7 cm
  • A3: 29.7 x 42 cm
  • A2: 42 x 59.4 cm

Is it possible to request a custom-sized print?

Absolutely! Please reach out to us with your specifications. Please note that additional charges may apply.

Do you offer framing for prints and commissioned artworks?

We do not provide frames for our prints and commissions due to fragility during shipping. However, all our prints and commissions are available in standard paper sizes that can easily fit into frames available at most stores.

What is your return policy?

We strive to provide our customers with products and services of the highest quality. If you are not entirely satisfied with your purchase, we're here to help.

Damaged or Incorrect Items

In the event that your order arrives damaged or if you receive an incorrect item, please contact us immediately and we will arrange for a replacement. We may request photos of the damaged or incorrect item for our records.

No Refunds for Change of Mind

Please note that we do not offer refunds for change of mind or if you simply decide that you no longer want the item. Refunds are only provided for damaged or incorrect items, subject to inspection and approval.
