Damaged or Incorrect Items
In the event that your order arrives damaged or if you receive an incorrect item, please contact us immediately. We will arrange for a replacement, we may request photos of the damaged or incorrect item for our records.
No Refunds for Change of Mind
Please note that we do not offer refunds for change of mind or if you simply decide that you no longer want the item. Refunds are only provided for damaged or incorrect items, subject to inspection and approval.
